All operations to achieve safety from the System in preparation for Work shall be programmed and sanctioned by the relevant Control Person.
The responsibility for the operation of Apparatus and setting people to Work lies with appropriately Authorised Persons. The Work shall be carried out by Competent DPC Employees or Contractors. Working safely on overhead lines is the responsibility of all concerned including where appropriate Control Person, Senior Authorised Person, Authorised Person, Competent Electrical Person, Support Electrical Person and all members of the Working Party.
